Who made these guys god? You might think that when you’re walking away after waiting twenty minutes for a drink at Rolling Stone Cafe…
However, if you should stay for dinner, you might see why they still get business. The black pasta with seafood “tagliolini neri con cozzi vongoli e scampi” is ABSOLUTELY amazing (and priced right at 12 Euro). I would put up with the pretentious attitude to eat that again any day. The pasta is cooked perfectly, the sauce is that perfect balance of salty and sweet, and the seafood is just yummy. It’s topped with a giant scampi which makes you think normal spaghetti vongole is just a waste.
Unfortunately my iPhone died and all it’s photos are gone so I can’t show you why you’ll love it, you’ll just have to see for yourself.
Rolling Stone is in the new port in San Remo, they show sporting events on TV and have live music on occasion.
